I was very happy on my wedding day wearing this dress and I hope to pass along that same happiness to the next girl! :)
I am between size 2 and 4 on normal street clothing, which corresponds to size 8 on the David Tutera for Mon Cheri line. I am 5.4 and was wearing 3 inch heals on my wedding day.
NOTE: the pink things you see on the pictures are just the rose petals that were thrown by our guests at the end of the ceremony. They are not marks on the dress :)
This dress was worn only for our 15 minute ceremony and for pictures. I wore another dress for the reception, so this dress was never stepped on or damaged during dancing/sweating etc.
The dress has a layer of light champaigne colored tulle with embedded sequins - very elegant (not flashy at all, but it gives the dress a bit of sparkle). The top layer is a delicate ivory lace with small beads and crystals.
I am including my off-shoulder straps as well as veil for a complete look, but it's easy to match this dress with any other accessories.
